1. Service Description

Fourthman provides AI-powered customer support automation for WhatsApp. By connecting your WhatsApp account, our AI assistant handles incoming customer messages on your behalf, providing intelligent responses based on your business information. Fourthman works through WhatsApp Web — the same technology you use when opening WhatsApp on your computer — and is designed exclusively for replying to incoming messages from your customers.

2. Pricing & Billing

  • Fourthman costs $15 USD per month per business
  • New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access
  • After the trial, your subscription will automatically start unless cancelled
  • Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard

3. Anti-Spam Policy (CRITICAL)

Fourthman is a REPLY-ONLY system. You MUST NOT use it for:

  • Sending unsolicited messages to new contacts
  • Bulk messaging or mass broadcasts
  • Spamming contacts with promotional content
  • Sending identical messages to multiple people
  • Any form of automated outreach or cold messaging

Fourthman enforces strict daily reply limits and monitors usage patterns to prevent abuse. Our system is designed to respond to customers who contact YOU first — never to initiate unsolicited conversations.

If your WhatsApp account is banned due to spam or bulk messaging activity, this is a direct violation of our Terms of Service and is NOT covered by any guarantee. Fourthman takes no responsibility for bans resulting from user-initiated spam behavior.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fourthman only for legitimate business purposes. You must NOT:

  • Use the service for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or harassment
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service
  • Use the service for illegal activities in any jurisdiction
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Violate WhatsApp's terms of service through aggressive outreach
  • Attempt to bypass the built-in daily reply limits
  • Use the system to send messages to contacts who have not messaged you first
  • Misrepresent the AI as a real person when directly asked by a customer

5. Account Safety & Your Responsibilities

Fourthman provides maximum account protection through:

  • Reply-only design — AI never initiates conversations
  • Human-speed interactions — all typing and reading happens at natural human pace
  • Daily reply limits — built-in caps prevent excessive activity
  • Night mode — reduced activity during off-hours, mimicking natural behavior
  • Dedicated connection — one session per account, just like WhatsApp Web

As a user, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information for AI training
  • Reviewing AI responses and correcting any inaccuracies
  • Maintaining the accuracy of your knowledge base
  • Following up on escalated customer queries promptly
  • Keeping your account credentials secure
  • NOT using any other WhatsApp automation tools simultaneously
  • NOT engaging in spam or bulk messaging of any kind

6. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Fourthman within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or banned due to violations of our Anti-Spam Policy (Section 3).

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Fourthman depends on third-party services (WhatsApp Web, AI providers) that may experience outages. We will notify you of any planned maintenance in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fourthman is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any business losses, missed messages, or incorrect AI responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may not always be accurate and should be monitored. Fourthman is not liable for any WhatsApp account restrictions resulting from user behavior that violates our Anti-Spam Policy or WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate our Anti-Spam Policy
  • Engage in bulk messaging or unsolicited outreach
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits repeatedly
  • Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Misuse the system in ways that put other users at risk

Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
